At Prashanti Sarees, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every drape. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the saree remains unworn and with original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the saree is folded correctly in its original packaging with all blouse pieces and accessories included for the pickup agent.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will visit your address within 48 hours of the request to collect the package and provide a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
